On Thursday, 08/05/2025, ESSI Nyamirambo held a ceremony to commemorate the 31st anniversary of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, including teachers, staff and students. The ceremony was attended by various leaders including the Mufti of Rwanda, the Education Officer of Nyarugenge District who represented DEA at the ceremony, the Social Welfare Officer of Nyamirambo Sector, the IBUKA Representative in Nyamirambo, parents, teachers and students.
