On Ramadan 28, 1445 AH, corresponding to 07/04/2024, the Islamic Cultural Center in Kigali hosted a program to distribute food parcels to those in need. This Iftar program for the fasting person is funded by the Zayed Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works and was implemented by the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Rwanda in coordination with the Center. More than five hundred families, including the Center’s employees, benefited from it. Each food parcel consists of the following basic materials: rice, beans, corn flour, wheat flour, sugar, and oil. The beneficiaries of the program expressed their thanks and appreciation to the donor.
