Saturday morning, November 9, 2024, His Excellency Minister FATHALLAH EZZNI, Minister of Youth of the State of Libya, accompanied by His Excellency IBRAHIM MATAR, Ambassador of the State of Libya to Rwanda, visited the Islamic Cultural Center in Kigali. The visiting delegation was received by the Center Director General and its Financial Officer. During this visit, the Center and its various activities were introduced, and a short tour was conducted to introduce the Center educational, religious, cultural, health, and sports facilities. His Excellency the Libyan Minister of Youth thanked the Management of the Center for their efforts, and promised that the Libyan state would continue to support the Center and seek to obtain more programs and activities in the educational, advocacy, and other fields.
